Pricing questions
What counts as a transaction?
Any line item that hits a bank, credit card, or payment processor account: deposits, payments, transfers, and fees. We count from your actual statements during the file review, so the quote is based on reality, not a guess.
Is catch-up work included?
Catch-up and clean-up work is scoped after we review your file. We will explain any one-time onboarding work before you decide to move forward.
Do you do taxes?
We don't prepare tax returns. We deliver a complete year-end package to your CPA and coordinate directly with them. If you don't have a CPA, we'll introduce you to one we work with regularly.
Are there contracts?
Engagements are month to month with 30 days' notice. Onboarding is included in your first month.
