What's included

Monthly bookkeeping is the foundation of everything else we do. Each month your dedicated bookkeeper records and categorizes every transaction, reconciles all bank, credit card, and loan accounts, and closes the period with a review from a senior bookkeeper before anything reaches you.

  • Transaction coding in QuickBooks Online or Xero
  • Bank, credit card, loan, and merchant account reconciliations
  • Monthly close with balance sheet and P&L review
  • A short plain-English summary of what changed and why
  • Unlimited questions by email, answered within one business day

How it works

We connect read-only bank feeds and your point-of-sale or invoicing tools, set up a chart of accounts that fits your industry, and agree on a monthly close calendar. From there, you'll receive your financial statements on the same day every month, along with a list of any transactions we need your help identifying.

Accuracy and completeness checks

Clean books mean two things: everything that happened is recorded, and everything recorded is right. Every close runs through the same checklist before it's signed off.

  • Completeness: all bank, card, loan, payroll, and processor activity captured, with no gaps in feeds or missing statements
  • Accuracy: every account reconciled to its statement, transactions coded consistently, and no duplicates or unexplained balances
  • Cut-off: revenue and expenses recorded in the period they belong to
  • Support: balance sheet accounts tied to schedules so your CPA can trace every number
  • Senior review and a short exceptions list of anything we're still chasing

Who it's for

Businesses with anywhere from 50 to 2,000 transactions a month who want accurate, tax-ready books without hiring in-house.
